The Gorgons Gaze by Julia Golding

Gorgons Gaze by Julia Golding
i have read this book a couple of times and still got confused about who was speaking. I personally think at the front of each book it should have a characters page, and not to spoil anything have a page before the begining of the next chapter that shows you the character thats about to be added.
I iwsh I had picked up the 1st book instead of the 2nd book because i was confused in what the quartet of books was about.
This gorgon can kill with just a look, i wouldn't want to walk into him! each book has a different sacred animal that has a story. even though the book was slightly confusing I realized the good and the evil. Kullervo is the evil shapeshifter who trys to hatch an evil plan. Col's mother has turned and now she is going to sacrifice Col's best friend.

The End - Series of unfortunate events by Lemony Snicket

In Lemony Snicket's Series of Unfortunate Events, in the last book (The End), the begining part of the story when Count Olaf threatens the Baudelaires with a harpoon gun, which was quite sudden for the begining of the end. Then when the Baudelaires thought they were safe on the island they were wrong, but also bumped into someone who they didn't expect to see. The end of The End is quite tragic because its not a very happily ever after. One thing before you read the book could read the blurb because if you don't you might not expect the unexpected. If you have read all the other books before this one you probably know what the author is like and how he explains his hard words and how same each books is but try this book because it is a lot different.
